I actually found a different source when I was mostly blindly transliterating the song titles from the game, which is where I think I was checking against. The picture of the CD proper is small, but seems to support Kanojo: http://vgmdb.net/album/49438 for the CD's entry on the site. Well, since your source is in Korean, I assume that the translators there mistakenly translated the title from the proper Japanese. But, we're talking about Chloe here.
