 As of 1/3/2016, the bug regarding disappearing images and thumbnails has not entirely been resolved. However, when the wiki says an image is missing, it's actually not - it's still there. I don't understand why this is still happening, but after a quick server restart, everything works perfectly fine...

+A bug with thumbnails not processing is still happening. Luckily, the problem is auto-resolved by the system after waiting a couple of hours (or by forcing the server to do a restart). Obviously though, this is pretty bothersome, but I haven't found a way to fix it yet...

+Images sometimes seem to disappear after uploading them to the wiki, but rest assured - they are still there. Sometimes, it just takes a little extra time for the images to process. I'm trying to figure out what's causing the issue, but it's almost been a year since I've found the bug so...don't get your hopes up.
