This is the policy page for editing the main page of the Girlfriend Kari Wiki.

You should rarely ever need to edit the main page once the wiki is no longer in a testing state. This is because the sections of the main page meant to be dynamic (changed over time) are displayed using templates. The templates should be edited rather than editing the main page. For more information, visit the page on [[Project:Templates|Templates]].

This does not mean that the main page shouldn't be changed though! Things like the table of contents and policies may still need to be updated to reflect newer links and newer content. This is fine. Just make sure that the edits you are making to the main page are ones that you can't edit through currently available templates!
