		+	I'm not sure if you can get one using a ticket (if possible, you probably have to get really lucky). I have seen some reappear as part of paid cupids. And sometimes in later events some might show up again. A recent event had an R Juria Ryugasaki card as SP, which a couple of months ago was in an event as well.
