If you mean type of events, yes. At least since I started playing (April 2015, I guess) I have seen 4 different types, happening about once a month. Which are the event cards? Are they limited to the event or are they also obtainable afterwards with luck? I could see, that some do give a bonus to an event - Are there always cards, that give a bonus toward the event goal? When you go to the event's page and scroll down, there are some tabs, the main one showing your score and ranking. One of the other tabs (the 2nd most of the time) shows what cards are the support cards for the event (at least 3, and I think those are an R, an HR and an SR. This one has 2 more SRs, one for each colour. And previous events like the current one gain at least 3 more in the 2nd half) And only the cards listed there have this support bonus. Btw, you do not have to have them in your deck, in your collection is enough.
You can get them with the paid cupids and if you're lucky you draw one when exchanging a cupid ticket. Sometimes they are also the first card you can get from exchanging the keys/stars/puzzle pieces collected in the event. I think it is possible to sometimes, with luck, get them afterwards, but of course once the event is over they act like regular cards. And if you have an HR/SR you can get extras of them (at least for a limited time) in exchange for badges/rings. Well, it is basically your old story event. They just add "related girl" feature... It means you can get more points by having "related girl" which have good compatibility with whether the first, second, or third section girl... At エピソード you can watch the through the study missions unlocked episodes to get a small reward when you see a epsiode for the first time.

Press go and choose a mission or edit your study group.

===Partner===

Here you can choose a supporter as a partner.

As a partner you should choose one who is at least in the same or higher in the hierarchy of Cool > Pop > Sweet > Cool and has high atk points. So for example for Pop mission choose Cool partner or if there is no Cool or the Cool have bad atk points, choosing Pop partner is okay, too. Dont look at the avatars but at their chosen main card. Click the partner of your choice.

To start the fight press "go" and "battle" or press the small blue 戻る button to go back.

At small pull down arrow you can see the bonus and malus you will have against the elements.

The large blue button at the bottom of the screen gets you to the study group editor.

===Study Group Editor===

The pink オススメ編成 button selects what the game thinks is the best choice overall or for a specific element. It could be preferable to have a for each element a own group, since that gives the best bonus against each specific element, but if that is really better depends on the boni and mali of the overall group.

===The Battle===

Usually it consists only in pressing the big pink button until the counter (the small numbers at the card icons) reach the exclamation mark. Now you can choose to use the skill of the card. Depending on were you are in the battle it could be preferable to save it up until the last fight, since the counter raises with the use of the skill and one has to wait longer before the skill is ready again.

About Cheer:
I'm not 100% sure, but I think I noticed the last couple of times I transformed a card, the cheer level wasn't reset to 1, like before. I think it's since some new items can be used for levelling up cheer(think I won some in the club tournament 2 weeks ago)
I don't know if the card I selected first had the higher cheer level or the one I added, so I'm not sure if it assumes the cheer level of the card that has it highest or of the first selected one. Also, levelling up Cheer on *** cards seems much more difficult now (for the first couple of yells I needed far less than 10 R-cards to get a 100% chance, now with 10 it's far from 100) This might completely alter the preferred yelling method (maybe HN+ for * and ** and those yell specific cards for *** might be more efficient now) I hope I've put this in the right place. Yup! Ameba has FINALLY made the change, and Cheer levels are no longer reset upon transforming! The higher cheer level between the two cards will be kept. It might not keep all of the cheer level when transforming using two cards with a (significant) cheer difference: I got one card at cheer level 8 and one at level 1 (both either * or **, forgot which it was, and both maxed out) and after transforming the new card had a cheer level of 7. I'll keep an eye out when I transform another one in about a week, at most (2 ** cards, one maxed out, cheer 7 and one right now at 27/50, cheer 3 (which I'm 'feeding' N/HNs)). Hmm, I'm not sure about that, I haven't seen it happen personally myself. I looked at the discussion my club had when we talked about inheriting cheer levels, and people all said the new card just inherited the higher level of the two. Seeing that, I started to doubt myself, but I've managed to transform the one I talked about in the previous comment: HR ** Cheerlvl 7 + HR ** Cheerlvl 3 = SR *** Cheerlvl 6

You mean 'feeding' 3 of the same cards or first upgrading that card to a *** and then feeding it? I think a card 1 rarity higher doubles in power (if feeding an N card causes a 1 level gain, an HN causes 2 levels. Or if you need 4 R cards for 1 cheer level gain, you'll only need 2 HRs). I don't know if *** cards have the same effect as a * of the same rarity. If they have, feeding 3 base cards should be better than feeding one *** card. There is an issue (somewhat) with your template, at least if we're going to keep doing profile images the same way. I was using a mix of theater standing images and base images since I preferred the theater standing images (but not everyone has one on that site yet) and along with that the px of the picture had to change. You have the template set to 300px which is too large for theater standing pictures and makes them ridiculously huge. That px will only work with the base images. Usually it consists only in pressing the big pink button until the counter (the small numbers at the card icons) reach the exclamation mark. Now you can choose to use the skill of the card. Depending on were you are in the battle it could be preferable to save it up until the last fight, since the counter raises with the use of the skill and one has to wait longer before the skill is ready again.

About Cheer:
I'm not 100% sure, but I think I noticed the last couple of times I transformed a card, the cheer level wasn't reset to 1, like before. I think it's since some new items can be used for levelling up cheer(think I won some in the club tournament 2 weeks ago)
I don't know if the card I selected first had the higher cheer level or the one I added, so I'm not sure if it assumes the cheer level of the card that has it highest or of the first selected one. Also, levelling up Cheer on *** cards seems much more difficult now (for the first couple of yells I needed far less than 10 R-cards to get a 100% chance, now with 10 it's far from 100) This might completely alter the preferred yelling method (maybe HN+ for * and ** and those yell specific cards for *** might be more efficient now) I hope I've put this in the right place. It might not keep all of the cheer level when transforming using two cards with a (significant) cheer difference: I got one card at cheer level 8 and one at level 1 (both either * or **, forgot which it was, and both maxed out) and after transforming the new card had a cheer level of 7. I'll keep an eye out when I transform another one in about a week, at most (2 ** cards, one maxed out, cheer 7 and one right now at 27/50, cheer 3 (which I'm 'feeding' N/HNs)). I found this site by chance, as I was looking whether the anime series is worth a try. As I saw that the source for the anime was a game and that there is a guide for it, I tried the game instead, even altough I cant speak Japanese. With Rikaikun und this guide is it somewhat doable even if there remain many mysteries, since there are no answers for many questions...

For example (unsorted):
What does a memory ticket do? - You can use it to get more story of that specific girl (unfortunately, audio only...)

Are the photo cards limited to only a 3 times completion? - I think the answer is yes, only three times and you can only get it from the area mission...

This game consists of large amount of girls. Each girl can have multiple set of cards. Please note that you can only fuse card in the same set.

Each card has their own stats which consist of

1. Rarity - (レアリティ)

: Each card has a rarity level: N (ノーマル), HN (ハイノーマル), R (レア), HR (ハイレア), SR (Ｓレア), SSR, UR You will get alot of low rarity cards by going to school, cupid, or events. High rarity cards are obtained by various way such as gambling real cash for a chance at it, or by completing events.

2. Level

: Each card have a fixed max level. You can see it in the roster menu. The only way to level up the card is by [[yell]]. If you maxed out the card's level before fusing/merging it, the merged card will receive 10% of the stat from the card that is maxed.

3. Progression Stage

: As mentioned above, each girl is represented by a few "sets" of cards. Each set of card has one card for each progression stage. If the max progression stage is three, it means there are 3 card in each "set". You can see the progression state by the number of ☆ on the bottom right of the card.

4. Favourability - (好感度)

: Each card have a favourability rating towards you. Going to school may increase favourability of a random girl that you have set in the main team or as your favourite girl in the card deck menu. Maximum level for favourability is 5, you can check it by the number of heart shape in the card's profile. When favourability is maxed, card's power will be increased by 10%. However, favourability cannot be raised beyond a certain point if card are not progressed to the final stage. You will also get to enjoy a special chat when the girl's favourability is maxed. (Not much for a chat per se, more like reading the text and hearing the casting voice's lines)

5. Growth - (成長)

: Growth on the cards works the same way as experience on your avatar except that growth is obtained by [[yell]]. Accumulate the required amount of growth and the card levels up. Each level on the card will have an increasing growth requirement which you can see as orange bar in the card's profile. The card's power cannot be increased further when it has reached the maximum growth.

6. Cost - (コスト)

: Each card will have a cost. This value indicates that the card will cost this amount of point to be deployed in the card deck. Having more Attack Points will mean being able to use cards with higher costs.

7. Attack Power - (攻)
: Each card has an Attack Power value used to "damage" opponents in battles against other players or enemies in events. The higher the Attack Power, the more "damage" you will do. Cheers by R girls or higher may boost the Attack Power of a friendly card of the same type or all cards or lower the Attack Power of an enemy card while you defend. If your Attack Power is higher than your opponent's Defense Power, you win the battle.

8. Defense Power - (守)

: Each card's Defense Power value is used when you are being attacked by another player during a battle. The Higher the Defense Power, the more "damage" you will defend against. Again, R girls and higher may have a special cheer that will reduce damage taken. If your Defense Power is higher than your opponent's Attack Power, you win the battle.

9. Cheer (声援)

:Girls with a rarity of R and above have also a cheer skill.

Just for future reference, I've been using the theater standing pictures (when possible) at 200px for the profile images. I only use the base images when they don't have a theater standing image available. If you must use a base image, make sure you change the px to 300px because these pictures have different dimensions. For the upgrade question: What I meant is, should I also upgrade normal or high normal cards before I use them to upgrade other cards. I wonder because at the moment I cant see that I'll get enough cards to upgrade every other card. Which cards should I keep and which are just fodder for others, besides the "fodder" cards or keepsakes. Btw. is there a bonus for unlocking all of the voice tracks of every R card and above?

For the study mission question: I didnt meant the battle in itself, but more the preperations before that. Who to choose as a partner (if I did understand that right). Which cards to choose for the group since I should now be able to edit the group. Btw. is the autoselection for the studygroup broken? I did wonder since in my group were still cards from the beginning even if I should have had better cards available.

Also for the current event: Do you have any hints how to aproach that? - How to use the stars/drops (single use or in bunch - if I did understand the buttons right)

Now for your question (sorry if there're some mistakes cause I rarely pay attention to them) 
1. Memory ticket ---> You can use it http://vcard.ameba.jp/memory to get more story of that specific girl (unfortunately, audio only...) 
2. In study mission you solved the problem of three girls shown (well, basically just attacking them using your card deck...) 
To change the member go to http://vcard.ameba.jp/s#study/deck/edit/1 
3. All of them... You'll get 10% atk & def bonus instead of 5% when you level max them before a merge... 
4. I think the answer is yes, only three times and you can only get it from the area mission... 
Advice : For your convenience it's better to use Chrome to play since you can press "Translate this page", and voila its translated... (hopefully not into gibberish...)

I just use all common and have been three starred at least once N / HN / R / HR cards... keep in mind that HN and upper will give a chance to upgrade cheer level too. For faster level up use Kubota(N), Arai(R), or Hatayama (SR) with the same category (cool / sweet / pop) with your cards to be upgraded... That means just keep cards you think worth (haven't been 3 starred, good atk & def, SR or above, events cards, or you consider it to be cute to be used in your decks); its all up to you... and for the fodder just use mostly N, HN, and R which you have ever 3 starred at least once, and special cards (Kubota, Arai, and Hatayama)... 
Nope, there's no bonus as far as I know... the voice just to enjoy 
For study mission, just keep in mind that Cool > Pop > Sweet > Cool. So choose your partner with at least the same or higher in that hierarchy and pay attention to their atk points... (e.g. for Pop mission choose Cool partner or if no Cool or the Cool have bad atk points choosing Pop partner is okay too)... 
In the auto selection menu http://vcard.ameba.jp/s#study/deck/edit/1, look for button with オススメ編成. Choose all for cards used in normal mission, and the rest for cards to use in specific type mission... Hope that can help you with it, since I have no problem with those. 
Summon and defeat the super rare boss... for each super rare you defeat, you can get moonshell use to summon ultra rare which give you a pretty decent reward... and this is team raid event, so you work with your teammates in defeating the animal enemies while trying to accumulate more score than your enemy team by the end of the day. 
For gacha it's up to you, you can decide to open it one by one or by ten consecutively, I prefer the latest though, it's easier in my finger lol. When you get to the main prize it will ask you to continue emptying current gacha or move to the next one... try to recover your bottle and bar here... also you can get many fodder cards and ring or even candies... 
I think yeah only three times... and even there's 4MAX their stat mostly not worth it 
Go here http://vcard.ameba.jp/ring and exchange it with the girl you haven't get 3 or 4 cards of them (in case you want to MAX them)..
