This is your profile screen, which shows your favourite center girl, ID, personal message, chosen support member, and also your playcount.
When viewing another player's profile, the screen looks the same except that there's a button for friend request besides the infobox at the bottom
Labels explanation
1: Name of your favourite center girl. In this case it's Kokomi Shiina
1a: Good friends level (refer to Center Girl)
1b: Go to center girl menu
2: Level and ID
3: Name
4: Personal message
5: Chosen support girl along with her skill description. This will appear in play menu in another player's support member selection
6: Playcount. (カンタン: Easy ; ???: Normal, ムズカシイ: Hard; ???: Expert)
